Our Umrah packages are designed with your safety and comfort in mind. However, please note that they are subject to current travel guidelines and regulations, which may change based on government policies. These may include:
- Entry requirements into Saudi Arabia, including restrictions for certain countries
- Mandatory vaccination proof and health checks
- COVID-19 protocols affecting hotel capacities, dining options, and local movement
- Access limitations to the Holy Haram and age restrictions for Umrah pilgrims
- Regulations concerning the performance of multiple Umrahs during the same trip

Umrah Visa Requirements
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free application process, please have the following documents ready:
- Valid Passport: Minimum of 6 months validity with at least 4 blank pages.
- Passport-Sized Photos: Two recent photos with a white background and a front-facing
view. - Green Card Holders (Permanent Residents): Provide a colored copy of both sides of
your green card. - Meningitis Vaccination Certificate: Original certificate is required.
- Proof of Relationship: For women under 45 and children under 18 traveling with a
Mahram, valid documentation is required to confirm the relationship. - COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate: Accepted vaccines include Moderna, Pfizer, and
Johnson & Johnson.
Reservation & Payment Schedule

- Step 1: Lock in your reservation with a $500 Initial Deposit (Non-Refundable).
- Step 2: Make a $1,000 Follow-Up Payment within 30 days of booking to confirm your spot.
- Step 3: Complete the Remaining Balance 60 days before departure for a smooth, worry-free experience.

Umrah Explorer operates as a facilitator for travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, transportation, and other related services. Our role is strictly as an agent for passengers, and our responsibility is limited to coordinating these services.

- Injury, Damage, or Loss: Including accidents or delays resulting from third-party service providers.
- Travel Disruptions: Caused by defects, defaults, or unexpected incidents during transportation (air, sea, or land), hotel accommodations, or any part of the journey.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Such as mechanical failures, governmental actions, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, theft, epidemics, quarantines, customs regulations, or any events beyond our control.
- Documentation Issues: Including improper passports, visas, or other required travel documents.
Travel Delays and Changes:
Flight delays or schedule changes are managed according to the policies of the respective airline. Umrah Explorer is not responsible for any inconvenience, additional expenses, or missed portions of the trip due to:
- Failure to follow instructions (e.g., check-in and check-out times, baggage handling).
- Personal negligence, delay, or absenteeism during any part of the tour.
- Any costs incurred to rejoin the tour due to missed schedules or personal decisions.
